MICE groups continue to enjoy Heli Experiences helicopter events

Friday, May 10th, 2013

Another successful group with 32 passengers enjoying an optional tour as part of their convention activities. The challenge for us was the time constraint due to a hectic meetings schedule. The solution was to carry the passengers all at once in multiple helicopters on a 30 minute scenic flight around Melbourne taking in all the great sights and attractions.

Made easy and safe with departures from our private lounge at the secure and controlled Essendon Airport only 15 minutes from Melbourne CBD. So with privacy assured a great day was had a by all participants.

Some fabulous photos were taken by the MICE group, we thought the below images were some of the highlights. The world famous MCG, look closely and you will see one of the smaller helicopters cruising around the Stadium.

British Tourists enjoy Helicopter Experiences in Melbourne

“Just a quick note to say thanks for a thoroughly memorable experience. I stopped over in Melbourne for a couple of days on the way back home to the UK after spending a month in New Zealand and my friend Debbie suggested a helicopter trip over Melbourne. Even though I have done helicopter flights before over cities, I hadn’t thought about the possibility of doing one over Melbourne. I’m so glad that I did – it was fantastic.  It was a lovely sunny afternoon and our pilot, Guy, did an excellent job with his  informative and entertaining commentary!  Debbie & her husband Mark, Melbournites both, really enjoyed it as well and had a whole new perspective on their city.”

Another Passenger Milestone

Thursday, December 10th, 2009

Whilst some pre flight nerves were understandably present, once Mrs Durrant from Kerang got on board it was a gerat experience the whole way. Flyinng to the Yarra Valley for lunch in a helicopter is not your everyday activity. Congrats to Mrs Durrant on a big achievement.  Again we received a nice note of appreciation from her daughter Heather, see below the photo.

Please convey our thanks to all your staff for a great day yesterday. Chris, Mum and myself thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I am sure Mum will be telling all her neighbours in Kerang about her trip.
I never thought my Mum would ever get to experience the joy of flight and with the help of your experienced staff  it all went perfectly.
Looking forward to our next flight with you
Thanks
Heather
