Helicopter Scenic Flights Melbourne, Australia

Many thanks to Kelvin Murray for booking one of heli experiences robinson 44 helicopters for their clients at the recent trade show at the Royal Showgrounds. Much fun was had by all and with high performance take offs from the main arena for the 15 minute helicopter joy flights around the city, it was a great spectacle for all involved and with a number of “first timers”,we had great feedback upon return landing. Many thanks also to all the staff at the showgrounds, we were very impressed by their professionalism and courtesy

One of the most rewarding parts of running a helicopter tourism company is looking after our passengers special moments in their lives. It’s usually a once in a lifetime experience for them and both this blog writer and our pilots sincerely enjoy these special flights. So this story starts with a young fella called Marcus who rang me to provide a special trip for him and his girlfriend. Below is their story in pics sent to us by them.

Destination is Cape Schanck Lightstation…girlfriend has no idea….after a very exciting coastal landing at the cape, it’s time for action….

After some relaxing in the old Light Keepers cottage, where a wood fire was burning for them on arrival, and then……..

Heli Experiences had the pleasure of taking war veteran Mr James Robson up on a thrilling helicopter joy flight around Melbourne with his two sons to celebrate his 90th Birthday. keen to make his own way, Mr Robson duly told the loader (this blog writer) to leave him alone and boarded the helicopter like a pro! Must have been his many years experience in the air force! Thanks for flying with us Mr Robson, the flight made history for us as you are now officially the oldest passenger we have taken up around Melbourne in our helicopter joy flight.
